About Ron

I’m a retired Army Warrant Officer that served our nation for 25 years. I was born and reared in Brooklyn, New York. Shortly after graduating from high school, I found myself in basic training at FT. Sill Oklahoma. After retiring from service, my wife and I decided Killeen, TX was where we wanted to settle.

While I was transitioning from service, I was way behind the power curve, because I still had not picked my new career path. As luck would have it, my wife and I wanted to buy another home. At the time, I didn’t think any Real Estate Agent was worth 6% of my hard earned money, so I entered the market as a FSBO. I could write a book covering all of the mistakes I made (boy was I naïve). Cutting to the chase - there I was, sign in the yard and one ad in the local paper, marketing at its best! That’s when my wife, with her infinite wisdom, sat up in bed then asked: “What do we do if somebody wants to buy?” Well, I’m sure at least 50% of you can guess, my testosterone prevented me from admitting my ignorance. So, that morning, I secretly searched and found a local real estate school.

It was during that real estate course that I found my passion for real estate. Couple that with my fondness for people and you’ll find that I put my heart in every transaction.
