Lacy Brejcha - REALTOR
I was born and raised in Waco, and my husband and I are long-time business owners. We have been involved in real estate since 2002. I have first-hand transactional experience in purchasing and selling investment, personal, and commercial properties, and leasing and tenant relations experience. I also represent clients looking to relocate. I am eager to incorporate my previous real estate knowledge into helping you reach your goals while ensuring you are comfortable with the process, regardless of whether you’re a seller or a buyer. You can be assured I am dedicated to giving clients professional service and honest advice, enabling you to make sound financial decisions in selling and purchasing a home. I know interior design trends and home staging tips to advise clients when requested. My goal is to assist you in making sure your home makes a great first impression on potential buyers.
I graduated from Baylor University in 2002 and was previously an elementary teacher for 17 years. Before leaving education, I wrote and published a book, Makerspaces in School. I volunteer on the board of the Waco Advocacy Center, Bosqueville Excellence in Education Foundation, and the Bosqueville ISD FFA Booster Club. My family attends Journey Christian Community. I have been married to Jim for 21 years, and we have two daughters, Brooke (16) and Grace (12). In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending my children’s sporting events and extracurricular activities, reading, interior and exterior home improvement projects, and traveling.
There is a lot involved in buying and purchasing a home. I would be honored to represent you by advocating for your interests and making the process seamless. I promise I will communicate clearly and often with you. I am a full-time agent; when you hire my services, you will have my full attention, beginning to end. Get in touch today!
